In the original ad on the left there is a message printed in small font beside the beautiful young lady.  It says "Let me Be", that message means let me be who I am, my own figure is fine and I am beautiful the way I am.  The funny thing is that this message is coming from a model who looks quite thin, someone with the "perfect female figure", and since that is almost impossible it can be assumed that this model is probably anorexic and all the problems with her face & other body parts have been modified by computers and air brushed away.  This ad might be saying 'be yourself' but in reality after you think about it, there is a hidden message behind it.  It is really saying that the viewer should be like this young thin lady, and not be themselves because they don't look as good as this model.  A very scary message.
